<p>Can I exchange the ordered goods for a different product, color, or model?</p>

Unfortunately, direct product exchange with us is not possible. If the product does not suit you, the model or color does not fit, or you ordered the wrong item, you can return it within 14 days of delivery and we will refund your money. You can find the return form in the details of your order. Afterwards, you can create a new order for the correct product.

If you want to return purchased goods, fill out the online product return form, which you can find in the details of your order or directly on the Goods return page.

After completing the form, send the goods to the address listed in the online return form. We will refund the money to your account within 14 days from the date we receive the returned package.

You can return the goods within 14 days from the date you receive the shipment.
When returning goods, you do not have to state a reason, but we will be happy if you add one. It helps us improve our product offering and the operation of the store.
The returned product must be complete, ideally in its original packaging and with all accessories.
If the goods are damaged or used more than necessary for a normal trial, the refunded amount may be reduced in accordance with the terms and conditions and applicable legal regulations.

Na what address should I send the goods when returning the order?

You can find the return address in the online order return form. The form is available in your order details or directly on the /return page.

Before sending the package, please first fill in the return form. After completing it, all the necessary information will be displayed, including the address where you should send the product.

Ako mi vrátite peniaze za vrátenú alebo stornovanú objednávku?

We always refund money using the same method as the order was paid for. If the order was paid online by card or another online payment, the amount will be automatically refunded back to the account or payment card from which the payment was received.

If the order was paid cash on delivery, we will refund the money by bank transfer. In that case, you need to fill in the bank account number in IBAN format and your bank's SWIFT/BIC code in the return form.

We will process the refund after receiving and checking the returned package.

Ako long does the processing of the returned goods take and when will I get my money back?

Processing of the returned package and refund will be completed within 14 days from the day the shipment is delivered to our address.

After receiving the package, we will inspect the returned goods and then refund your money according to the payment method. For online payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment card or account; for cash on delivery, to the bank account stated in the product return form.
