I subscribed to the newsletter, but I didn’t receive the discount code. Where can I find it?

If you have subscribed to the newsletter and the discount code has not arrived, please check all folders in your email inbox. The email with the discount coupon can sometimes end up in the Spam, Promotions, Bulk, or Automatic Messages folder.

If you still cannot find the discount code, also check that the email address you entered is correct and, if necessary, try subscribing to the newsletter again.

Môžem v jednej objednávke použiť viac zľavových kódov alebo kombinovať zľavy?

Only one discount code can be used in a single order.

Discount coupons, promo codes, and promotions cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts. When creating an order, therefore enter the discount code you want to use.

Nefunguje mi zľavový kód alebo kupón. Prečo ho neviem uplatniť?

If your discount code does not work, first check whether it has been entered correctly. Pay attention to unnecessary spaces, uppercase and lowercase letters, typos, and the correct format of the code without diacritics.

Some discount codes have limited validity, may apply only to selected products, brands, or categories, and cannot be combined with other discounts.

If the code is entered correctly and still cannot be used, check the terms of the specific promotion or contact us by email.

Ako môžem uplatniť zľavový kupón, promo kód alebo darčekový poukaz v objednávke?

You can enter a discount coupon, promo code, or gift voucher when placing an order in the Cart section.

Enter the code into the field “Discount Coupon / Gift Voucher” and click the “Apply” button. If the coupon is valid and meets the conditions of use, the system will automatically deduct the discount from the order total.

Before completing the order, we recommend checking whether the discount was correctly deducted from the total amount.
