The courier is not obliged to contact the recipient before delivering the shipment, so we cannot guarantee a phone call or SMS before delivery.
In most cases, however, the carrier informs the customer about the delivery in advance, for example by SMS, e-mail, or by phone. Based on experience, the courier often calls on the day of delivery, usually in the morning or shortly before arriving at the address.
We therefore recommend keeping an eye on your phone, e-mail, and messages from the carrier, where options for adjusting the shipment delivery may also be listed.
