If the shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery, for example if the packaging is damaged, torn, dented, or appears suspicious, we recommend not accepting the parcel from the courier.
Refuse the damaged shipment and contact us by email as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation and will try to arrange a new dispatch of the goods or a refund of the paid amount.
If you discover the damage only after taking over the parcel, we recommend contacting the carrier as soon as possible and requesting that a damage report be drawn up. At the same time, please inform us so that we can help you with the next steps, the return shipment of the goods, and resolving the whole situation.
