What Does GRADE B Mean?

We categorize all purchased and refurbished devices into four clear quality levels: Grade A, Grade B, Grade C, and Grade D. But that’s not all – if you prefer a device that has never been used before, we also offer the “New from Buyback” category, featuring brand-new smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches in their original packaging straight from the manufacturer.

How Do Grade B Devices Differ from the Others?

Grade B includes devices that have been used for a certain period of time. However, they are still in excellent technical condition and fully functional – all features work as if the device were new. Unlike Grade A, Grade B devices show visible signs of previous use. These may include light scratches on the screen or slight wear on the back cover. Such minor flaws can easily be concealed with cosmetic accessories – such as a new cover, screen protector, mobile or tablet case, or a new watch strap.
